Shipping

Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days. Standard shipping is CAD $7.49 for parcels up to 500 g and CAD $24.70 for parcels over 500 g. Orders of CAD $99 or more qualify for free shipping, unless otherwise stated at checkout. If a different shipping charge or promotion is shown and accepted at checkout, the checkout amount controls.

Returns

Approved ordinary returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. The buyer is responsible for ordinary return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee applies to ordinary approved returns.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery whenever reasonably possible and include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Confirmed SGNS errors are handled subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
