SGNS.CA is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with our policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use our Services.

By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, or otherwise using SGNS.ca, you agree to these Terms of Service and our applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and to limit quantities available for purchase where reasonably necessary.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and processed.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Eligible unfulfilled orders may be cancelled within 24 hours, subject to our applicable cancellation rules. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

The applicable product price will generally be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or listing errors.

SGNS.CA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online Services.

However, purchases made from SGNS.CA are transactions between the customer and SGNS Canada, except where otherwise expressly disclosed.

Shopify provides technology and related services supporting our online store but is not the seller of SGNS Canada products.
