SGNS Canada Inc currently ships to eligible addresses within Canada. Shipping availability and charges may vary depending on the product, destination, order value, package size, weight, and fulfillment location.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to the applicable shipping option for your order and will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Our standard shipping structure may include:

• $7.49 shipping for eligible smaller orders or products.

• $24.70 shipping where the applicable product, package, destination, or fulfillment method requires the higher shipping rate.

• Free shipping on eligible orders of $99 CAD or more, subject to product and shipping eligibility.

Some products, oversized items, remote destinations, supplier-fulfilled products, or special delivery situations may not qualify for standard or free shipping rates. The shipping charge displayed at checkout is the applicable charge for the order.

Order Processing

Orders require processing before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier fulfillment, weekends, statutory holidays, and other circumstances.

Once an order has been shipped, available tracking information will be provided to the customer when applicable.

Multiple Shipments

SGNS Canada offers products that may be stocked or fulfilled from different locations. As a result, an order containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Where applicable, separate tracking information may be provided for individual shipments.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Applicable sales taxes are calculated separately at checkout where required.
